Each painting is an involved process that includes extensive research, posing models in correct equipment and a series of detailed drawings leading up to the actual full painting. Samuel enjoys sharing that process with his collectors and patrons.
Please note that at this time, Samuel is only considering requests for significant projects related to Early to Late Antiquity (especially the Roman Empire), Medieval Military History, the Renaissance era, Biblical subjects and select Modern Military History subjects.
Due to the number of requests received, the artist may not be able to respond to your request if it is outside of those subjects – thank you for understanding!
